Be an Exhibitor

The Roundup will feature four interest sectors:

Covered pavilion space
Covered pavilion space
  • Renewable Energy
  • Organic/Sustainable Growing
  • Green Building and Sustainable Living
  • Alternative Transportation

Exhibitors may select from:

    10′ x 10′ covered pavilion spaces which include a table and two chairs, 3′ divider pipe and drape, electric hookup w/nominal charge.
    OR

    grassy space
    Grassy exhibitor space

    Appx. 12′ x 12′ exhibit spaces on grassy areas which include a table and two chairs, w/nominal charge for electric hookup. Exhibitor will be allowed to bring their own tent or to rent a tent if so desired.

Exhibitor categories are Commercial, Governmental, and Non-Profit.

Applications for the 11th Annual Renewable Energy Roundup & Green Living Fair in Fredericksburg, Sept. 24 – 26, 2010 will be available early spring.  Please email roundup@txses.org  to be added to the list.
