2. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Guam and APO, FPO, or DPO addresses) only and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, interns, officers, directors, agents of the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. The giveaway is governed by all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entries must meet all specified requirements. Incomplete entries or those not adhering to the rules may be disqualified at the Sponsors' discretion. You must provide all requested information and cannot enter more than allowed by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices. Any attempt to circumvent the rules, including fraudulent methods, may result in disqualification at the Sponsors' discretion.

3. Entry Period: The giveaway runs from 10:00 EDT on Jan 18, 2025, to 10:00 EDT on Feb 18, 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be valid.

4. Mailing List Entry: You can enter the giveaway by submitting the form available at https://theroundup.org/giveaway1/ or through any applicable popups on any page of https://theroundup.org/. To be eligible for a prize via this entry method you must be subscribed to our mailing list at the end of the Entry Period.

5. Non Mailing List Entry: You can enter the giveaway without subscribing to our mailing list. To do so, please email [email protected] with the subject 'Non Mailing List Entry - Quince $200 Giveaway' and confirm your name, email address, and shipping address. If you enter via this method, your details will not be shared with the Sponsors and will be permanently deleted once the giveaway has ended.

6. Prizes: The winner ("Winner") will receive 1 x $200 Quince Gift Card. The actual value may vary at the time of award. The Sponsors will determine the specifics of the prize. No cash or other substitutions are allowed except at the Sponsors' discretion. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash. The Winner is responsible for any related expenses, including all applicable taxes. By accepting the prize, the Winner permits the Sponsors to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

7. Winning Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The odds of winning are the same regardless of the entry method you choose.

8. Picking a Winner: The Winner will be chosen by a random draw under the Sponsors' supervision and notified within seven days. The Sponsors is not responsible for notification failures due to spam filters, junk mail, incorrect contact information, or any other delivery issues. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, does not claim the prize within seven days, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. The Winner must comply with all federal, state, and local laws. Any rule violation by the Winner will result in disqualification and loss of winner privileges at the Sponsors' discretion.

Terms & Conditions: The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway if any virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsors' control affects the giveaway's administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct. In such cases, the Sponsors may select winners from eligible entries received before or after the intervention. The Sponsors may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, operation of the giveaway, or website or who violates these Terms & Conditions. The Sponsors reserves the right to maintain the integrity of the giveaway and void entries for reasons such as multiple entries from the same user with different IP addresses, excessive entries from the same computer, or the use of bots or other automated methods. By participating, you agree that any disputes or causes of action arising from this giveaway will be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in a court in the United Kingdom. You waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, beyond actual out-of-pocket expenses related to entering the giveaway.
