2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Rhode Island) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, representatives, and contractors of Sponsor, Prize Provider, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and immediate family members, as well as persons living in the same household as any such individual, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 EDT on April 9, 2026, and ends at 10:00 EDT on April 24, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").
Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. Mailing List Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter by visiting https://theroundup.org/giveaway/ and submitting the official entry form with all required information.
Limit one initial entry per person, per household, and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants who enter via this method may also claim up to three bonus entries in accordance with the instructions provided in the entry confirmation email.

Limit one initial entry per person, per household, and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants who enter via this method may also claim up to three bonus entries in accordance with the instructions provided in the entry confirmation email.
By entering the Sweepstakes via this method, an entrant will not be added to Sponsor's or Prize Provider's marketing email lists. Information submitted through this entry method will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes and, except as required for winner selection, verification, prize fulfillment, or legal compliance, will be deleted within a reasonable period after the Sweepstakes Period has ended. Information submitted through this entry method will not be shared with the Prize Provider for marketing purposes.
6. Prizes
The winner will receive 1 x Honey Hybrid Mattress (approximate retail value (ARV): $2,599).
The ARV may vary at the time of prize award. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value will not be awarded. No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
The winner must provide a valid physical delivery address. Prizes cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other costs or expenses associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
Within seven days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will select one potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The potential winner will be notified using the email address provided at the time of entry. The potential winner must respond within seven days of the first attempted notification. If a potential winner does not respond within that period, is found to be ineligible, fails to complete any required documents, or cannot accept the prize for any reason, Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate winner in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor is not responsible for failed, missed, or misdirected notifications caused by spam filters, junk folders, incorrect email addresses, or other technical issues.
9. Winner Verification
The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release. Sponsor may also require the winner to complete a Form W-9 and may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.
Failure to complete and return any required documents within the time stated by the Sponsor may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor and Prize Provider to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, biographical information, and entry-related statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional notice, approval, or compensation.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Prize Provider, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
Released claims include, but are not limited to, claims arising from technical failures, unauthorised human intervention, printing or typographical errors, lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications, and errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions of Entry limits or excludes any rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, human error, virus, bug, tampering, unauthorised intervention, or any other cause impairs the integrity, security, fairness, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms & Conditions of Entry, or acts in a disruptive or unsporting manner.
In the event of cancellation, suspension, or material modification, Sponsor reserves the right to select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the time of the action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
13. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
The Sweepstakes and these Terms & Conditions of Entry shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants waive any claim for punitive, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, and any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.
