Nectar sells non-toxic bed-in-a-box mattresses made from CertiPUR-US® certified foam. Memory foam can take up to 30 days to settle and soften once the mattress has fully expanded.
For this reason, Nectar asks that you wait 30 days before initiating a return.

If you’re not going to be in, you can leave the mattress for curbside collection. However, you’re responsible for its safety until it’s successfully collected. If it gets stolen before collection, you’ll not get a refund.
For extra proof of collection, take a photo of the collector taking the mattress (but ask for their permission first).
